Exchanges Only We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, we're happy to exchange unworn products for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange Email us at aljamanley2015@icloud.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Non-Exchangeable Items Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
